The Indiana athletic director Rich Greenspan was hoping Head Football coach Terry Hoeppner would be back by now - however that is not the case.  Coach Hoeppner had brain surgery twice in 10 months and has had to take a leave of absence three times since 2005. It seems as though no one knows when Hoeppner will return to IU - he recently released a statement that caused more questions then answers.

Coach Hoeppner has gone 9-14 in the past two seasons.
