University of Notre Dame has given QB Zach Frazer permission to transfer. Frazer plans to visit up to five schools (Rutgers, UConn, Miami, Louisville and East Carolina), all of which have mutual interest in the 6'5' 225 red shirt freshman. Frazer was a top recruit with a stellar High School record but after Coach Charlie Weis announced last week true freshman Jimmy Clausen, redshirt freshman Demetrius Jones and junior Evan Sharpley would compete for the starting spot in the fall.
